The new league file is up
for the second sim. I will try to update HHRecord ASAP. The Rookies will be on
their right team after I get salaries straightened out. I will announce the new

**NOTE
About Trades - All trades must stand for 24 hours before being processed.
Assume all trades pass when submitting rosters. If you make a trade on the day
of the sim, the trade will not go through until the next sim. Also, assume any
players that are FA that the bid stands for 24 hours are now on your team when
submitting rosters. Thanks.
